Sprint/Verizon 6700 - $399

The 6700 is available from Sprint and Verizon for less than $300. It supports EV-DO for high speed transmission, plus WiFi and Bluetooth. It has a slide-out keyboard which makes it great for emails. It has a MiniSD slot, but the adapter to allow MiniSD cards to fit in SD slots is very well designed, and can be left in place.

This device is capable of being connected to a WiFi camera and EV-DO network at the same time. The phone also works as a modem via Bluetooth, which is very handy. You can even use it as a modem for another Pocket PC!
