Shipping
It takes several days for Dell to ship the Axims to us, before we can ship them to you. For example, even with next day shipping, an order placed on Monday may not arrive at Idruna to setup until Thursday. We would ship it out Friday, and you would receive it Monday.

International Orders
We do not ship hardware outside of the US. We recommend purchasing your Pocket PC from a dealer in your country, then just purchasing a software license from us.

Return Policy
Idruna has a 30 day return policy. You must obtain an RMA number from Idruna before returning any physical product. Shipping costs may not be refunded.
