Step 1

Load in eye.jpg (right click over the link and select "Save Target As.." to save it to your hard disk if needed), and create a new black image, about 640x480 will do.

Step 2

Select the Fire Media (click on the Media selector, drag the mouse over to the Fire group at the right hand side of list that pops up, and release the mouse over the third Media from the bottom). Set the colour to a nice fiery reddish orange (Red=255, Green=110, Blue=35 is good).
